Your consultation will be led by one of our experienced landscape consultants. Most meetings last about 30 to 60 minutes depending on project scope. For larger or more complex jobs, we will walk the property with you, talk through your ideas, and discuss any specific challenges or considerations. Your landscape consultant will provide recommendations to enhance your property along with clear information about next steps, including whether your project qualifies for a complimentary estimate or if a design fee is appropriate. We will also let you know when to expect your proposal.

Proposal & Next Steps

If your project is eligible for a quote without a formal design, you will typically receive your proposal within 48 hours. For design-build projects, we will prepare a custom proposal and design fee agreement. Proposals are sent through our client portal, where you can view, approve, and sign documents digitally. We also follow up with a phone call to walk through your plan, answer questions, and confirm timing. You will always have a clear understanding of what is included and what comes next.

Scheduling & Project Launch

Once you have approved your proposal, we will finalize scheduling and let you know what to expect during installation. Depending on the season and project scope, installation timelines will vary.
