What the Program Includes

Our licensed technicians will visit your property every three weeks to apply a targeted treatment to the most vulnerable areas, including:

The perimeter of your yard
Around the foundation of your home
Decks, patios, play areas, and outdoor structures
Shrubs, trees, tall grass, and shaded zones where mosquitoes and ticks thrive

These applications form a protective barrier to significantly reduce the presence of mosquitoes and ticks around your home.

The Benson Landscape & Design Process

STEP 1

Reach Out

Contact us through our website or by calling our office during business hours. Typically we will respond that same day. If it is after hours, you will hear from us the following morning. Either way, you will speak with a real person. During that initial conversation, we will gather details about your property, the type of work you are looking for, your timeline, and your budget. From there, we will match you with the right landscape consultant based on your project.

On-Site Consultation

Your consultation will be led by one of our experienced landscape consultants. Most meetings last about 30 to 60 minutes depending on project scope. For larger or more complex jobs, we will walk the property with you, talk through your ideas, and discuss any specific challenges or considerations. Your landscape consultant will provide recommendations to enhance your property along with clear information about next steps, including whether your project qualifies for a complimentary estimate or if a design fee is appropriate. We will also let you know when to expect your proposal.

STEP 4

Proposal & Next Steps

If your project is eligible for a quote without a formal design, you will typically receive your proposal within 48 hours. For design-build projects, we will prepare a custom proposal and design fee agreement. Proposals are sent through our client portal, where you can view, approve, and sign documents digitally. We also follow up with a phone call to walk through your plan, answer questions, and confirm timing. You will always have a clear understanding of what is included and what comes next.

STEP 5

Scheduling & Project Launch

Once you have approved your proposal, we will finalize scheduling and let you know what to expect during installation. Depending on the season and project scope, installation timelines will vary. Our crew arrives in clean, branded vehicles and works with precision and care. Your landscape consultant will be your dedicated point of contact and the same team will be on-site throughout your project. We keep job sites clean, communicate proactively, and finish what we start before beginning work on any new installation.

STEP 6

Follow-Up, Ongoing Services & Maintenance

If you are interested in long-term care, our LandCare and TurfCare programs are available to keep your landscape looking great year-round. We assign the same crew to your property so you can build trust and consistency over time. Maintenance clients also benefit from two proactive site inspections each year. Whether you have hired us for a single install or are looking for a lasting partnership, we are here to support your investment with thoughtful service and expert care.
